I had a great stay at this resort, enjoying a clean and comfortable suite with a lovely view of the golf course. The free shuttle service to downtown Ottawa was a fantastic bonus, and the staff really went out of their way to make my experience enjoyable. However, I did face some frustrations with the dining area and the temperature control in my room, which impacted my overall experience.
